There's a guy I communicate with at work now and then. His last name is Godana. His first name starts with an R. His company puts the first initial after the last name. So everything I email him I get to type "Godanar." I am amused by this.

Politicians are a particular subclass of human (using a broad definition of human). At best, they are opportunists seeking to increase personal fortune at the expense of others. At worst, they feel guided by glorious purpose to serve the "greater good" - in which they break millions of eggs on a quest for an omelet that will never be.
